Why we exist

So no child has to give up what they love.

Every child has something they light up about — sport, music, coding, dance, a book they can't put down. And every year, thousands of them quietly give it up because a handful of weak topics turned into "you need to focus on studies now."

SkoreMore exists to find those topics early — so the child never has to make that trade.

What we mean by the name

Study more is not diagnosis. SkoreMore is.

One diagnosis. Three views. Everyone in sync.

Most of the time, the teacher, the parent and the school are each holding a different piece of the same child — and none of them are talking to the other two. The student ends up in the middle of that gap.

Each role → the child
Roles staying in sync with each other

Everyone's looking at the same diagnosis. That's what SkoreMore is.

The dashed triangle isn't decoration. It's the point. Teacher, parent and school have to stay in sync with each other — not just each glance at the child from their corner.

That means agreeing on the same set of facts: where the child is right now, what's actually holding them back, and what the next step looks like from each side. The teacher's next class, the parent's next fifteen minutes at home, the school's next intervention — all pulling the same way.

When those three stay aligned, the child stops falling through the cracks between them.

What we believe

No child should have to give up what they love.

Kids drop sport, art, music — not because they stopped loving them, but because a few weak topics quietly pulled their marks down. Find those topics early, and they don't have to choose.

A mark is not a diagnosis.

'6 out of 10' tells you nothing about what to do next. The concept behind the mistake does. Every wrong answer, in our world, becomes a clear next step. Study more is not diagnosis. SkoreMore is.

Alignment beats effort.

A teacher, a parent and a school working hard on three different theories about the same child doesn't help. The same three, working from one shared picture — even for fifteen minutes a week — does.

How we got here

It started with something we kept noticing: children who were brilliant at something outside the classroom — competitive in a sport, serious about music, alive in a way the school didn't see — quietly giving it all up in Class 10 to pass their boards. Not because they'd stopped loving it. Because everyone around them had run out of ideas.

And it wasn't that anyone didn't care. It was that the parent, the teacher and the school each had a partial view of the same child — a report card, a classroom, a term result — and no easy way to line those views up next to each other. So three people trying to help ended up pulling in three slightly different directions, and the child fell into the gap between them.

SkoreMore is the shared picture in the middle. The child at the centre. Teacher, parent, school in sync around them. So the ones who love football don't have to stop playing it.

From the founder

M

I watched my own son give up competitive skating. He didn't stop loving it — the marks slipped in a couple of subjects and everything around him quietly rearranged itself into "focus on studies now." No one meant harm. No one had a better plan. That's the trap I wanted to break.

In January 2025 I left a director role I'd held for years, and started SkoreMore. The bet is simple: if we can name the two or three topics quietly costing a child their marks — early, cheaply, from the papers her teachers already mark — she never has to make the trade my son made.

I've spent 24 years building software — from ISRO to Rakuten — with 11 patents along the way, and started this properly as a capstone at IIM Calcutta on how to grade fairly with AI. But none of that is why I'm doing it. I'm doing it because I've seen, up close, what happens when everyone runs out of ideas at the same time.

What we won't do

  • ·We won't put out testimonials we didn't earn. When real schools give us real quotes, they'll appear here — with real names.
  • ·We won't hide how we grade. Every question is auditable. You can see what each model said and why.
  • ·We won't take the teacher out of the loop. Ever. The AI does the first pass. The teacher decides.
  • ·We won't pretend to be certain when we aren't. If the models disagree, we say so — and ask for help.

Help us keep more children in the things they love.

We're piloting with a handful of schools this term. Whichever side of this you're on, there's a way in.
